动机性访谈在2型糖尿病患者运动疗法中的应用

Application of motivational interviewing to exercise therapy in type 2 diabetic patients

目的:探讨动机性访谈(MI)在2型糖尿病患者运动疗法中的应用效果。方法:将60例2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,均进行运动疗法指导。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组给予MI。比较两组干预前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、体质指数(BMI)及运动依从性、生活质量评分。结果:观察组干预后FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、BMI及运动依从性均优于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量中生理功能、心理精神、社会关系评分及总分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:MI能有效提高2型糖尿病患者的运动依从性,改善病情,提高生活质量。

Objective ：To investigate the effect of motivational interviewing to exercise therapy in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods：60 type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group （ 30 cases in each group }. The patients in both groups were given the guidance on exercise therapy. The patients in the control group received conventional health education and the patients in the observation group were provided motivational interviewing. The fasting blood glucose { FPG） , 2 - hour postprandial blood glucose （2hPG） ,glycosylated hemoglobin { HbAlc） ,body mass index （BMI） ,exercise compliance and the scores of quality of life of the patients were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results：FPG, 2hPG, HbA1 c, BMI and exercise compli- ance were better in the observation group than the control group after the intervention { P 〈 0.05 ） ; there were statistically significant differ- ences in the comparison of physiological function, mentality, the scores of social relations and the total scores of quality of life of the pa- tients between the two groups { P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 }. Conclusion ： Motivational interviewing can effectively improve the exercise compliance of patients with type 2 diabetes ,improve their conditions and the quality of life.
