强化健康教育对肺结核患者服药依从性的影响

Impact of the consolidation health education on the medication compliance of patients with pulmonary TB

目的:探讨强化健康教育对肺结核患者服药依从性的影响。方法:将123例肺结核患者按其护理需要分为观察组62例和对照组61例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予强化健康教育。比较两组患者治疗依从性和临床效果。结果:观察组治疗依从性和临床效果均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:强化健康教育可提高肺结核患者患者服药依从性和临床效果,改善生活质量。

Objective：To explore the impact of consolidation health education on the medication compliance of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis { TB ）. Methods ： 123 patients with pulmonary TB were divided into the observation group { n = 62 } and the control group { n = 61 } according to their needs of nursing care. The routine nursing care was given to the patients in the control group and consolidation health education was additionally implemented in the observation group. The treatment compliance of the patients and clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results ： The treatment compliance of the patients and clinical effect were better in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 }. Conclusion ： The consolidation health education can improve medication compliance of the patients and clinical effect so as to improve the quality of life of patients with pulmonary TB.
