院前急救护理流程化对急性重度颅脑损伤患者急救效果的影响

Effect of procedual nursing care in pre - hospital first aid on the outcome of emergency treatment of patients with acute severe brain injury

目的:探讨院前急救护理流程化对急性重度颅脑损伤患者急救效果的影响。方法:将我院进行流程化院前急救护理的48例设为观察组,将由家属直接送至医院就诊的51例设为对照组,比较两组院前和院内病死率、医务人员急救反应时间、医院反应时间。结果:观察组患者院前、院内病死率均低于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组医务人员急救反应时间、医院反应时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对急性重度颅脑损伤患者,在院前急救时采取流程化护理措施优于将患者送至医院后再抢救,前者可明显缩短急救反应时间和医院反应时间,降低病死率。

Objective ：To discuss the effect of procedual nursing care in pre - hospital first aid on the outcome of emergency treatment of patients with acute severe brain injury. Methods ：48 patients who received the procedual nursing care in pre - hospital first aid were taken as the observation group and other 51 patients who were directly sent to hospital by their families were taken as the control group. The pre - hospital and in - hospital fatality rate, the emergency response time of medical personnel and the reaction time of hospital were compared between the two groups. Results ： The pre - hospital and in - hospital fatality rate was lower in the obsrvation group than the control group I P 〈 0.05 ） ; the emergency response time of medical personnel and the reaction time of hospital was shorter in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The procedual nursing care in pre - hospital first aid can shorten the emergency response time of medical personnel and the reaction time of hospital so as to reduce the fartality rate of patients with acute severe brain injury.
