表格式床旁基础护理执行单的设计与应用

Design and application of tabular bedside implementation plan form of fundamental nursing care

目的:探讨表格式床旁基础护理执行单的临床应用效果。方法:将使用执行单前6个月内收治的87例患者作为对照组,采用传统护理方法实施基础护理,不使用专用护理记录单。将使用执行单6个月中收治的101例患者作为观察组,设计体现专科特点的基础护理执行单,结合对患者自理情况的评估,规范基础护理服务项目,将执行单挂于患者床尾,由护士执行和记录。结果:观察组基础护理质量、患者对护理工作的满意度较对照组明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:表格式床旁基础护理执行单的应用可规范护理行为,提高基础护理质量,进而提高患者满意度。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of application of tabular bedside implementation plan form of fundamental nursing care. Methods ：87 patients admitted to hospital 6 months before the implementation of the pain form were taken as the control group and the patients in this group were given fundamental nursing care by using traditional nursing methods; other 101 patients admitted to hospital within 6 months during the implementation of the plan form were taken as the observation group and the special plan form of fundamental nursing care was adopted and the service items of fundamental nursing care were standardized and improved according to the evaluation oll patients ~ conditions and self - care abilities. The form was hanged at the end of patient bed, on which the conditions of the patients were re- corded and the orders were performed by nurses. Results ：The quality of fundamental nursing care and patient satisfaction with nursing serv- ice were significantly better in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Application of tabular bedside imple- mentation plan form of fundamental nursing care can standardize nursing behavior and improve the quality of fundamental nursing care, so that the patient satisfaction will be improved.
