农村与风景名胜区协调发展研究——风景名胜区内农村发展的思路与对策

Coordinated Development of Rural Areas and Scenic Sites:Some Ideas and Suggestions on Development of Rural Areas in Scenic Sites

我国大部分风景名胜区内都有相当数量的农村存在,它们与风景资源唇齿相依、荣辱与共。这类农村在现阶段发展过程中存在的一些现实问题也对风景名胜区的保护与发展产生了许多负面的影响。通过统筹风景资源保护与农民利益保障、风景资源利用与促进农民增收、农村景观风貌和风景名胜区整体环境等方面的关系,分析研究提出风景名胜区内农村发展的思路与对策,为农村与风景名胜区协调发展提供了有益的探索。

There are numbers of rural areas in most of scenic sites of China, which adjoin scenery resources and accordingly have a close relationship with them. Some practical problems existing in the process of development of this kind of rural areas have brought some negative influences to the protection and development of scenic areas. Some ideas and suggestions on development of rural areas in scenic areas are put forward for exploring coordinated development of rural areas and scenic areas, by analyzing and arranging the relations of protection of scenery resource and the interests of the peasants, scenery resource utilization and income growth of the peasants,landscape of village and whole environment of scenic areas.
