通脉明目汤治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating RVO with the Tongmai Mingmu decoction

目的:观察通脉明目汤治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床疗效。方法:按就诊先后随机将50例视网膜静脉阻塞病例分为治疗组和对照组(各25例),对照组用血栓通400mg加入生理盐水250ml静滴,1次/d;口服阿司匹林50mg,维生素C100mg,3次/d。治疗组在上述方法上加通脉明目汤治疗,治疗30d后,观察患者治疗前后视力、眼底体征、FFA相关指标及总体疗效。结果:治疗后两组能提高视力、减轻视网膜出血水肿、改善视网膜循环,且治疗组优于对照组,其中治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为88%和64%,两组相比具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:通脉明目汤治疗视网膜静脉阻塞疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Tongmai Mingmu decoction in treating pure retinal vein occlusion. Methods： Fifty RVO patients were randomly divided into the treated group （n=25） and the control group （n=25）. The control group were given Xueshuan Tong 400mg joined normal saline 250ml static drop, every day 1 time; Oral administration aspirin 50mg,VitaminC 100mg every day 3 times. The treated group were given in the above methods with Tongmai Mingmu decoction. Both groups were taken 30 days. Observation before and after treatment in patients witn vision, eye fundus signs, FFA and the overall effect were evaluated. Results： Comparing before and after treatment, both the treated group and the control group can improve sufferers vision, reduce retinal hemorrhage edema and improve the retinal circulation. The treated group surpassed the control group, and the treated group and the control group total effectiveness respectively is 88% and 64%. Compared with two groups has the significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Effect of Tongmai Mingmu decoction for treatment of retinal vein occlusion significantly.
