运用刘云鹏促排卵汤治疗排卵障碍性不孕症临床观察

Clinical observation on treating anovulatory infertility by LIU Yun-peng ovulation decoction

目的:观察刘云鹏促排卵汤治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:将排卵功能障碍性不孕症患者86例随机分为两组,治疗组46例运用克罗米芬加促排卵汤治疗;对照组40例口服克罗米芬治疗,3个月经周期为1个疗程,观察基础体温(BBT)变化、排卵率、妊娠率及血清雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组在BBT变化、排卵率、妊娠率及E2、LH水平等方面均优于对照组。结论:促排卵汤具有促卵泡发育、调畅气机、促进排卵的作用,在排卵障碍性不孕症治疗中疗效显著。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of treating anovulatory infertility. Methods： 86 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treated group of 46 patients, using clomiphene plus ovulation decoction; control group of 40 cases of oral clomiphene. For three months basal body temperature （BBT） changes in ovulation rate, pregnancy rate and serum estradiol （E2）, luteinizing hormone （LH） levels were observed. Results： Compared with the control group, the treated group changes in BBT, ovulation rate, pregnancy rate and E2, LH levels were better than the control group. Conclusion： Ovulation decoction with follicle development, has a significant effect.
