中医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎50例疗效观察

Effect observation on treating 50 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis in TCM

目的:探讨中医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床治疗效果。方法:选取我院2012年6月～2012年12月100例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组50例,分别给予中医自拟益气养阴汤随症加减治疗和西医常规治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:两组患者临床治疗有效率差异明显,P<0.05,观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论:中医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of TCM on treating chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods： 100 cases in our hospital from June 2012 to December 2012 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. 50 cases in each group The observation group was treated with the self-made Yiqi Yangyin decoction and the control group was given the modem conventional treatment. To compare the clinical effect of the two groups. Results： The efficiency of the two groups had significant difference, P〈0.05. The effect of the observation group was better than the control group. Conclusion： Treating chronic atrophic gastritis in TCM has a significant effect and is worthy of clinical application.
