痰热清注射液治疗脑卒中患者合并肺部感染患者的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating stroke combined with lung infection with the Tanreqing injection

目的:探讨老年脑卒中合并肺部感染的临床治疗。方法:回顾性分析我院2012年1月～2012年12月住院患者采用痰热清注射液及联合有效抗生素治疗老年脑卒中后肺部感染60例患者的临床资料,其中男39例,女21例,年龄60～85岁,平均(71.6±10.2)岁,观察临床症状和体征、实验室检查、胸部X线治疗前后改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.3%(24/30),对照组总有效率为73.3%(18/30),两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后白细胞、中性粒细胞均比治疗前减少,两组治疗前后比较(P<0.05),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组治疗前后胸部X胸片比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论:痰热清注射液治疗是一种安全、高效的抗菌消炎类中药注射液,老年脑卒中并发肺部感染应用痰热清注射液治疗可改善临床症状,且无明显毒副作用,值得临床应用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical treatment method of elderly stroke combined with lung intect^on. Methods： Retrospective analyzed the clinical data of 60 patients with elderly stroke combined with lung infection admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 treated by Tanreqing injection and effective antibiotic therapy. Including 39 males and 21 females, aged 60 to 85 years, mean （71.6±10.2） years. Changes of clinical symptoms and signs, laboratory examination, chest X-ray before and after treatment were observed. Results： The total efficiency of treated group was 93.3% （24/30）, while that in control group was 73.3% （18/30）, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, leukocytes, neutrophils of the two groups were decreased than before, compared the two groups before and after treatment （P〈0.05）, there was statistically significant difference between groups （P〈0.0I）. Chest X-ray before and after treatment was statistically significant difference （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Tanreqing injection is a safe and efficient antibacterial anti-inflammatory TCM medicine injection; it can effectively improve clinical symptoms of elderly stroke combined with lung infection patients, worthy of a wide clinical application.
