中药配合微波治疗慢性盆腔积液120例临床体会

Clinical experience on treating 120 cases of chronic pelvic effusion by TCM combined with microwave treatment

目的:探讨中药配合微波治疗慢性盆腔积液的临床疗效。方法:将我院收治的240例慢性盆积液患者随机分为两组,对照组使用抗菌素治疗,治疗组采用中药配合微波治疗,观察两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组有效率为97.50%明显高于对照组的89.17%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药配合微波治疗慢性盆腔积液疗效显著,方法简便、安全,无明显的不良反应,可以广泛应用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of TCM combined with microwave treatment on treating chronic pelvic effusion. Methods： 240 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group was treated by antibiotics, the treated group was treated by TCM combined with microwave treatment, To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of 2 groups of patients. Results： The effective rate of 97.50% was significantly higher than 89.17%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM combined with microwave treatment has a significant treatment effect, can be widely used.
