麻辛石苷汤加减法治疗老年慢性支气管哮喘的临床分析

Clinical analysis of the Maxin Shigan decoction in treating elderly chronic bronchial asthma

目的:探讨老年慢性支气管哮喘的治疗方法。方法:笔者对收治的42例老年慢性支气管患者给予麻辛石苷汤加减法治疗;结果:19例显效,21例好转,2例无效,总有效率为97.62%。结论:在治疗慢性支气管哮喘时,麻辛石苷汤加减法是安全性较高、疗效较佳的治疗方法。

Objective： To investigate the treatment of elderly chronic bronchial asthma. Methods： 42 patients in our hospital were treated with the Maxin Shigan decoction. Results： 19 cases were cured, 21 cases improved, 2 cases were ineffective, the total efficiency was 97.62%. Conclusion： In the treatment of chronic bronchial asthma, the Maxin Shigan decoction is a safe and effective method.
