中西医结合治疗高龄2型糖尿病49例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 49 cases of elderly type 2 diabetes in the integrative medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗高龄2型糖尿病(年龄>50岁)的临床疗效和安全性。方法:采用随机数字表法将99例高龄2型糖尿病患者分为两组,西药组给予皮下注射门冬胰岛素30治疗,中西医组在西药组基础上联合自拟补肾消渴方治疗,均连续治疗10d为1个疗程,3个疗程末对比临床疗效和药物安全性。结果:中西医组总有效率91.84%明显优于西药组76.00%,P<0.05;中西医组低血糖发生率12.00%与西药组2.04%比较,P>0.05。结论:中西医结合治疗高龄2型糖尿病疗效确切,通过传统医学整体观念与西方医学微观理念相结合,运用不同机制优势互补以提高血糖控制疗效,且低血糖发生率低,值得临床对中西医结合治疗糖尿病继续探讨。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and security of the integrative medicine in treating elderly type 2 diabetes. Methods： 99 cases of elderly type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups, the modem medicine group was given subcutaneous injection of insulin aspart, the integrative medicine group was given joint self-made Bushen Xiaoke recipe more. Continuous treatment with 10d for 1 course, the clinical efficacy and security were compared after 3 course treatment. Results： In the integrative medicine group, the total efficiency was 91.84%, significantly better than modem medicine group 76.00%, P〈0.05. The incidence of hypoglycemia was 12.00% in the integrative medicine group, compared with the modem medicine group 2.04%, P〉0.05. Conclusion： The integrative medicine is effective on treating elderly type 2 diabetes, can reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia, it is worthy to continue explore.
