中药灌肠配合培菲康治疗慢性结肠炎疗效分析

Effect analysis of treating chronic colitis with TCM enema combined with Bifico

目的:探讨中药灌肠配合培菲康治疗慢性结肠炎疗效。方法:收集我院慢性结肠炎患者86例,为2011年1月～2012年10月收治,随治疗方法不同分为治疗组与对照组各43例,治疗组选择中药灌肠配合培菲康治疗,对照组选择单纯中药灌肠治疗,观察两种治疗效果。结果:通过灌肠发现,治疗组灌肠<4h明显减少,多为4～6h,与对照组对比,差异明显,P<0.05;≥6h对比,无明显差异,P>0.05。经15d治疗,治疗组总有效率95.35%;对照组总有效率76.74%,总有效率对比,差异明显x2=5.47,P<0.05。结论:中药灌肠配合培菲康慢性结肠炎,可有效提高治疗疗效,通过对灌肠方法进行改良,可有效提高治疗疗效,值得社会广泛推广。

Objective： To investigate the effect of TCM enema combined with Bifico on treating chronic colitis. Methods： To collect 86 patients with chronic colitis admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to October 2012. 86 patients were randomly divided into the treated group and control group, 43 in each group. The treated group was given TCM enema combined with Bifico, while the control group was given TCM enema only, to compare effects of two grottps. Results： Found by enema, the treated group enema with 〈4h, significantly reduced, mostly 4h^6h, compared with the control group have a significant difference, P〈0.05. compared with ~〉6h, ＇there was no significant difference, P〉0.05. After 15d treatment, the total efficiency of treated group was 95.35%, in the control group the total efficiency was 76.74%, to compare the total efficiency between two groups the difference was significantly x2=5.47, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Treating chronic colitis with TCM enema combined with Bifico can effectively improve the efficacy, worthy of a wide clinical application.
