冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘疗效观察及护理体会

Nursing experience and clinical observation on treating bronchial asthma with Dongbing Xiazhi acupoint application

目的:探讨冬病夏治中药穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘的疗效及护理方法。方法:将108例支气管哮喘患者随即分为治疗组和对照组各54例。对照组行常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上采用中药穴位贴敷并给予全面,周到的护理。治疗后比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.44%,对照组总有效率75.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三伏天中药穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘能改善支气管哮喘的症状,有效预防和减少发作次数,方法简便,效果显著,科学细致的护理在治疗中占重要作用。

Objective： To investigate the effect and nursing method ofDonghing Xiazhi acupoint application on treating bronchial asthma. Methods： 108 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the treated group and control group, 54 for each. The control group was given conventional therapy, while the treated group was given acupoint application and thoughtful nursing more. After treatment, curative effects of two groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency of treated group was 94.44%, in the control group the total efficiency was 75.93%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： In stmuner, treating bronchial asthma with TCM medicine acupoint application can improve the symptoms of bronchial asthma, effectively prevent and reduce the number of attacks, the method is simple and effective, scientific and meticulous nursing accounted for an important role in the treatment.
