摘要
目的:观察丹红注射液治疗脑梗塞的疗效。方法:治疗组38例,给予丹红注射液40ml加入5%葡萄糖或生理盐水100ml静滴,1次/d,共14d;对照组30例,给予疏血通6ml加入5%葡萄糖或生理盐水250ml静滴,1次/d,共14d。结果:丹红治疗组患者治疗后显效率明显高于对照组。结论:丹红注射液治疗脑梗塞有较好的临床疗效。
Objective： To observe the Danhong injection in cerebral infarction. Methods： The treated group of 38 patients received Danhong injection 40ml 5% glucose or saline 100ml infusion, ltime/d for 14 days; control group of 30 patients received Shuxuetong 6ml 5% glucose or saline 250ml intravenous infusion once a day for 14 days. Results： A^er treatment, patients with Danhong were significantly higher efficiency. Conclusion： Danhong injection in cerebral infarction has better clinical efficacy.
