白芨硫酸钡结肠造影诊断溃疡性结肠炎

目的:探讨使用白芨硫酸钡混悬剂在结造影中诊断溃疡性结肠炎的价值,观察其效果,寻找较常规法、气钡双重对比法X线结肠造影更有效、更简便的方法。方法:将白芨粉与医用硫酸钡混合,制成白芨硫酸钡混悬剂1500ml左右,经灌肠器依次灌入患者直肠、乙状结肠、降结肠、横结肠、升结肠,在仰卧位、俯卧位、侧位及右前斜位、左前斜位等多种体位下观察,并对有价值的图像适时摄片。结果:加入白芨胶的硫酸钡混悬剂因其粘稠度高于普通硫酸钡,在肠道内通过速度变慢,肠管充盈更清楚,使溃疡、充盈缺损、肠管狭窄等病变更易暴露。加之白芨是一种具有止血功能的中药,可减少钡剂对通常容易出血的溃疡性结肠炎的创伤和出血。结论:使用白芨硫酸钡混悬剂在结肠造影中具有操作方法简便、钡剂不易沉淀、结肠病变显示清楚等特点,并能避免常规钡剂灌肠检查对病变肠管的损伤,同时,在预防病灶出血方面也有独特的功能。

Result： Barium sulfate with Bletilla colloid suspension because of its viscosity higher than the ordinary barium sulfate, in the intestine by slow, tube filling more clearly, the ulcer, filling defect, intestinal stenosis more easily exposed. Bletilla is a kind of TCM with hemostatic function, can reduce the trauma of barium on ulcerative colitis usually easy bleeding and bleeding. Conclusion： Bletilla striata barium sulfate suspension in colonoscopy has simple operation method, Barium is not easy to precipitate, colonic lesions show clearly characteristics, and can avoid the damage of conventional barium enema on intestinal lesions, in the prevention of intralesional hemorrhage also have unique fimctions.
