五神通关宝热敷治疗肩周炎100例

Treating 100 cases of periarthritis of shoulder by Wushen Tongguanbao hot compress

目的:观察五神通关宝热敷治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:以中医理论为指导,运用五神通关宝热敷治疗肩周炎患者100例,治疗3个疗程后分析临床疗效。结果:2个月以上病程的慢性肩周炎患者50例,治疗有效率均达到96%以上,治愈率达到均达到66%以上;2个月以内病程的急性肩周炎患者50例,治疗有效率均达到100%,治愈率均达到98%以上。结论:五神通关宝热敷治疗肩周炎的疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of the Wushen Tongguanbao hot compress. Methods： Guided by the theory of TCM, 100 cases of periarthritis of shoulder were treated, after treatment of 3 period of treatment, clinical curative effect was analyzed. Results： The course of the disease for more than 2 months of 50 cases of patients with chronic periarthritis of shoulder, treatment efficiency was above 96%, the cure rate reached more than 66%; Course of the disease within two months of 50 cases of patients with acute periarthritis of shoulder, efficient treatment reached 100%, the cure rate was above 98%. Conclusion： The Wushen Tongguanbao hot compress has curative effect on treatin~ oeriarthritis of shoulder, was worth ~3romotin~.
