中西医结合治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓临床观察

Clinical observation on treating erosive oral lichen planus in the integrative medicine

【摘要1目的：观察中西医结合治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效及安全性。方法：将30例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组15例单纯应用西药，病损基底部注射曲安奈德针10mg加入利多卡因1．5ml，混合应用，2次／周，4～5次为1个疗程；同时口服左旋咪唑片，50mg／次，3次／d，服用3d停4d。治疗组15例在口服左旋咪唑片治疗的基础上运用参苓白术汤加减煎服，每1付，分两次服用。两组患者均用药4周。观察两组患者口腔黏膜糜烂面的好转程度、药物的不良反应等。结果：两组患者治疗6个月后结果比较，治疗组总有效率为86．7％，对照组为60．0％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓疗效显著，不良反应少。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on treating erosive oral lichen planus. Methods： 30 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the control group （15 cases） was given modem medicine, injecting triamcinolone acetonide 10rag adding lidocaine 1.5ml in the base of the lesion, mixing applications, 2 times a week, 4 to 5 times for a course of treatment; While oral levamisole tablets, 50mg/times, 3 times a day, taking three days to stop four days. In the treated group, 15 cases was given the Shenling Baizhu decoction based on the use of oral levarnisole tablets therapy, taken twice. After 4 weeks, the degree of erosion per day, adverse medicine reactions and so on were observed of two groups. Results： The total efficiency was 60.0% in the control group, and 86.7% in the treated group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine had a significant effect in treating erosive oral lichen planus, and had no significant adverse reactions.
