三金片联合达克宁栓治疗湿热带下病48例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 48 cases of Shire Daixia disease with the Sanjin pill plus Gyno-Daktarin

目的：观察三金片联合迭克宁栓治疗湿热带下病患者的疗效。方法：回顾性分析2010年1月~2012年9月我院妇科门诊收集妇科带下病湿热（毒）下注型48例，经中医辨证符合中医“带下病”湿热（毒）下注型的诊断。治疗上采用口服三金片3次／d，5片／次，疗程60d；达克宁栓0．2g，阴道给药，每晚1次，1枚／次。连续7d为1个疗程。观察带下病湿热（毒）下注型患者的治疗疗效。结果：48例患者中，治愈25例；显效18例；无效5例，总有效率为89．6％。所有患者服药后无不良反应发生。结论：三金片联合达克宁栓治疗湿热带下病疗效确切，长期应用未发现不良反应及耐药性的产生，值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the effect of Sanjin pills and Gyno-Daktarin in treating Shire Daixia disease. Methods： 48 patients with Shire Daixia disease in our hospital from January 2010 to September 2012 were reviewed and analyzed by TCM differentiation. Sanjin pills was used with oral, 5 pills per time and 3 times per day, the course of treatment was 60 days. Gyno-Daktarin was used through vagina and the dose was 0.2g, one time every night, one pill per time, and continuous 7 days for a course, the effect of all the patients were observed. Results： Of all the 48 patients ,the cure patients were 25 cases ,excellent were 18 cases and invalid were 5 cases, and the total efficiency was89.6%. None of patient had adverse reaction after taking medicines. Conclusion： Sanjin pills and Gyno-Daktafin was effective on treating Shire Daixia disease, which is worthy of clinical application.
