摘要
全球服务业转移与离岸外包浪潮给中国IT外包产业与IT服务业发展带来巨大机遇与挑战。本文在对IT离岸外包内涵界定的基础上,对中国IT离岸外包现状,IT离岸外包对中国的影响进行阐释说明,进而从中国IT离岸外包竞争力分析入手,提出中国在未来一段时间实施IT离岸外包的对策,特别强调了政府支持的重要性和知识产权保护意识的强化。
The shift of global service industry and the worldwide wave of IT outsourcing bring great opportunities and challenges to Chinese IT outsoureing and industry. Based on the definition of IT offshore outsourcing, this paper makes exp｜anations on the situation of Chinese IT offshore outsoureing and its impact on China. And then, from the competence analysis of Chinese IT offshore outsourcing, it puts forth the countermeasures for China to implement IT offshore outsourcing some time in the future. It specially emphasizes the importance of government support and strengthening the awareness of intellectual property protection.
