摘要
文章以1985年至2012年工信部直属高校申请的发明专利数据为基础,从专利申请趋势、发明专利IPC构成、技术合作情况、技术骨干情况等角度分析了专利现状,并提供建议。
Based on patents for invention application data of universities directly under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology from 1985 to 2012, this essay analysed and put forward proposals accordingly on actualities of patent of universities from trends of patent application, constitution of IPC of patent of invention, technological cooperation status, technical backbone status, etc.
