双手作业分析在包装作业改善中的应用

Application of the Hands Work Analysis on the Operation Improvement of the Packaging

双手作业分析是工作研究中方法研究的重要组成部分,提供了改善人机状况和提高生产效率的基本原理和工具。本文应用双手作业分析的方法和时间测定的结果,深入分析了包装作业过程,在工装器具、现场布置和操作方法等方面进行了改善,并在此基础上进行了改善效果的评价。相比而言,经过本次作业改善,作业者的动作基本符合了动作经济原则,从而进一步降低了劳动强度,提高了劳动效率。

Hands work analysis is one of the most important components of the work study, which has provided a basra principle and tool to improve the condition of the human and equipment, as well as the productivity. In this paper, the hands work analysis method and the results of the time measurement have been used to make a deeper analysis on the packaging operation process. An improvement of tooling equipment, site layout and operation methods have been made. On this basis, this paper has evaluated the result of the improvement effectiveness. In contrast, after the improvement of this operation, the operators＂ action corresponds to the economic principle of motion, thereby the labor intensity has been further reduced and the efficiency of labour has been improved as well.
