工程造价管理是工程建设管理的重点工作,是确保建设工程顺利推进的有效手段。本文以某城市轨道交通工程建设为实证分析对象,重点分析工程造价全过程管理,并提出改进措施和建议。

The project cost management is the key work of the project construction management, and is the effective means to ensure the smooth progress of construction project. Based on the empirical analysis object of rail transit project construction in one city, this paper focuses on the whole process management of project cost and proposes improvements measures and recommendations.
