近些年来,伴随着经济的飞速发展,房地产的竞争也是越来越激烈。而房地产的快速发展导致了工程造价这个问题成为了人们所关注的热点。而相关部门对此的控制也是非常严厉的。房地产工程造价是可变的,所以对它的控制是一个动态过程。我们需要做到如何在不影响工程质量的情况下去降低工程造价,可以使得利益最大化。在房地产大盛的过程中,如何生存,如何发展是摆在面前的一个重要的问题。房地产企业的收益一般来自降低的工程成本;而一个项目工程所消费的资金又涉及到各个环节,所以工程造价是最为关键的问题。
In recent years, along with rapid economic development, real estate competition is increasingly fierce. Real estate project cost is variable, so its control is a dynamic process. We need to know how to reduce construction costs under premise of not affecting the quality of the project to get maximum benefits. In the bustling process of real estate, how to survive and how to develop is an important issue. The income of real estate business generally comes from reduced engineering costs; while the cost of a proiect involves the various parts, so the project cost is the most critical issue.
