摘要
随着信息以及经济的快速发展,我国各地以及各个高校的图书馆事业都得到了迅速的发展,在信息化的社会中,高校图书馆要想在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,就要以人为本,进行人性化管理。文章从对读者和图书馆员的管理如何做到人性化管理进行了简单的阐述。
With the rapid development of information and economy, libraries around China and in colleges ~/nd universities have developed rapidly. In the information society, if university libraries want to remain invincible in the fierce market competition, they must be people-oriented and carry out humanistic management. This article discusses the methods for humanistic management from the management of readers and librarians.
