摘要
民办高校教职工绩效考核一直是一个理念多多而实践效果不甚理想的问题,它严重阻滞了民办高校的人事体制的科学、规范化管理进程。就目前总体情况而言,民办高校教职工绩效考核虽有一定的发展,但仍然存在很多问题,特别是实践环节上缺乏严格的统一标准,参差不齐,实施各异,成效悬殊。立足所存在的不足,本文着重从四个方面提出了积极可行的应对策略,对民办高校能够进一步提高教职工绩效考核的质量和水平,增强实效性提供指导,并进而论述了科学规范的绩效考核对于民办高校体制机制的完善、人事管理的健全、学校整体发展水平的提高的科学价值和重要的现实意义。
The ideas of private college staff performance appraisal are various but the effects are not very ideal, which seriously hiders the process of scientific and standardized management of the personnel system of private colleges. In terms of the overall situation at present, private college staff performance appraisal has got certain improvement but there are still a lot of problems. Particularly, there is no strict standard in the practice, thus leading to uneven standard, various implementation and far different results. Aiming at the problems, this article proposes feasible coping strategies from 4 aspects, providng reference for private colleges to improve the quality and level of staff performance appraisal and enhance the effectiveness. Further, the scientific value and practical significance of scientific and standard performance appraisal for the improvement of system and mechanism, personnel management and the overall development of private colleges are discussed.
