民办高校青年教师教学能力提升的策略研究

摘要 民办高校中,青年教师所占比例过大,师资的年龄结构、职称结构不合理。职业道德和责任意识不强、教学经验不足、科研能力不强等是青年教师普遍存在的问题,快速提高青年教师的教学能力是民办高校的首要任务。而最有效、最能迅速提升青年教师教学能力的方法,是先让他们先参加岗前培训,之后要长期坚持听教学名师的课,学习教学名师的教学方法和工作态度,充分发挥教学名师的传帮带作用。青年教师在教学过程中要逐步形成谦虚谨慎、勤学好问、懂得关爱学生的优良道德品质,注重不断提升自身的文化素质和专业素养。 In private colleges, universities, accounting for the proportion of young teachers is too large, the age structure, title structure of teachers is not reasonable. Occupation morality and sense of responsibility is not strong, lack of teaching experience, scientific research ability is not strong are common in young teachers problems, rapidly improving the young teachers" teaching ability is the primary task of private colleges. And the most effective, rapidly improving young teachers" teaching ability is to let them take the pre-job training, then to insist for a long time listening to teacher teaching course, teaching method and working attitude of teaching masters, give full play to the role of mentoring role teachers. Young teachers should gradually form good moral character, be modest and prudent nquisitive, caring students in the teaching process, pay attention to improve their cultural quality and professional quality.
