摘要 当代大学生在大学学习过程中,更偏重自身智商IQ发展,而不注重情商EQ和逆商AQ的培养,长期发展形成了当代大学生三大商数呈现一高两低的现状。中国工程院院士钟南山在首届全运会上,以54′4秒的成绩打破了400米栏的全国记录,为什么现在的大学培养不出来"钟南山"?清华大学曾经提出一个口号"每天锻炼一小时,为祖国健康工作五十年,幸福生活一辈子"。通过研究"学导式"教法在羽毛球教学中的应用效果,总结经验,发现问题进行分析,对体育教学中教法采用更多的新的教法,将传统教学过程中,教师的主导地位转变为以学生为主体,最大限度调动学生的积极性,使体育课更加丰富精彩,为时尚体育注入新的活力。改变以应试教育为目的的方法,注重培养和提高学生的情商和逆商能力,从而达到让学生从老师让我练到学生自己要参加锻炼的转变,给体育教学改革带来新的、更多的思考。 In the study process of university, contemporary college students take more emphasis on their IQ development rather than EQ and AQ development. After long-term development, it has formed the current situation that IQ is high, but EQ and AQ are low for the contemporary college students. Zhong Nanshan, Chinese Academy of Engineering, broke the national record of 400m hurdles with 54'4 seconds, at the first National Athletic Meet. Why we can not cultivate outstanding students like Zhong Nanshan? Tsinghua University has put forward a slogan--exercise an hour every day, do work 50 years for our motherland, and have happy life forever. By studying the teaching effect of "learning guide" in the badminton teaching, the paper sums up experience, tries to find out the problems, and puts forward more the teaching method in physical education. It turns teachers to students as the leading role, and arouses the enthusiasm of students, enriches the physical education, and injects new vitality for fashion sports. We should change the way for the purpose of exam-oriented education, pay attention to cultivating and improving the students" emotional intelligence and quotient ability, so as to let students practice voluntarily, bring more new thinking to the reform of physical education.
