企业办高职院校背景下的思政课实践教学探讨——以昆明工业职业技术学院为例

Teaching Practice of Ideological and Political Theory Course in Enterprises-run Higher Vocational Colleges:Taking Kunming Vocational and Technical College of Industry as an Example

实践教学是高职院校思想政治理论课不可或缺的重要组成部分,在高职院校人才培养活动中起着重要作用。本论文分析了企业办高职院校在人才培养方面的优势,结合思想政治理论课实践教学在高职人才培养活动中的意义,指出企业办高职院校思政课实践教学可以做到实践形式与企业文化结合、实践基地与专业实践基地结合、实践内容与专业实践的结合。

Practice teaching in higher vocational colleges is the indispensable important constituent of ideological and political theory course, and plays an important role in talent training. The paper analyzes the advantages of talent training in enterprises-run higher vocational college, combined with the significance of ideological and political theory course in talent training, points out the combination of practice and enterprise culture, of practice base and specialty practice base, and of practice content and specialty practice in practice of ideological and political theory course.
