This article focuses on the topics of Assigning System and Crew Pooling System＇s different merits based on the present condition and development of SHENHUA group＇s locomotive depot. Through the deep research of the HAILESIHAO locomotive depart crew mode, it discover the result that the long routing Crew Pooling System can effectively save the members of the depot and improve the productivity. It also do lots of feasibility analysis of the practice of the Crew Pooling System.
