摘要
应用猪瘟病毒抗体间接ELISA检测试剂盒,对湖南省洞口县某规模猪场送检的100份血清进行猪瘟病毒抗体检测。结果显示,猪场的检测阳性率为77%。据此可对该猪场猪只免疫状况进行动态监测。
Using the indirect ELISA kit for antibody to Classical Swine Fever Virus, we detected the antibody levels in 100 serum samples of a large scale pig farm at DongKou county in Hunan province. The results showed that the positive rate was 77%. We can have a dynamic monitoring for immune levels of the pig farm according to the detection.
