肃宁北站改建施工行车组织方案探讨

Discussion on Train Operation Organization Diagram of Suning North Station Reconstruction

为完成朔黄铁路年运量3.5亿t以上的运输任务,需要提高铁路通过能力,对朔黄铁路重要的技术站肃宁北站进行改建施工。通过对肃宁北站既有站场能力及限制因素的分析,针对车站行车组织存在的问题,按照分阶段施工内容,精心策划行车组织方案,提出列车开行和到发线使用办法,提高了作业效率和线路利用率,在圆满完成车站扩能改造施工任务的同时,超额完成运输任务。

In order to complete the transport task of annual traffic volume of 350 million tons on Shuohuang Railway,the carrying capacity of the railway need to be increased,and the reconstruction of Suning Station—the important technical station of Shuohuang Railway,should be implemented.Through analyzing the existing station yard capacity and limit factors of Suning North Station,targeting with the problems in train operation organization of the station,the train operation organization diagram is draw up according to the periodical construction contents,and train operation and utilization method of arrival-departure tracks are put forward,all of these increase the operation efficiency and track utilization rate,successfully complete the task of station capacity-expansion and reconstruction,at the same time,over fulfill the transport task.
