基于产业集群的环渤海经济圈港口物流协同发展研究

Study on Port Logistic Coordinative Development in Bohai Economic Circle based on Industrial Cluster

港口物流业已经成为沿海区域发展经济的重要产业,但由于区域内的不同港口之间存在着不同程度和形式的竞争,影响着我国港口物流业的整体发展。港口物流业与腹地的产业集群具有一定的协同关系,在分析环渤海港口物流业与产业集群协同关系的基础上,提出完善区域内的分工与协作机制、结合产业结构优化实现港口的"错位竞争"、拓展产业链条以促进区域纵向合作、制定合理的港口发展规划等物流业与产业集群协同发展的对策建议。

Port logistic industry becomes an important industry along sea regions for developing economy,and also influences the integrated development of port logistics in China because of competitiveness with different degree and forms existing in different ports along the regions.Port logistic industry has certain coordinative relationship with hinterland industrial cluster,so based on analyzing the coordinative relationship in Bohai economic circle,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on coordinative development between logistic industry and industrial cluster,such as improving the working division and coordination mechanism,realizing port ＂different niche competition＂ combined with industrial structure,exerting industrial chain as to promote regional vertical cooperation and establishing reasonable port development program.
