黔东南苗族侗族自治州农村贫困现状分析

Analysis of Current Poverty Situation in Rural Areas of Miao Nationality & Dong Nationality Autonomous Prefecture in Southeast Guizhou

由于历史及现实等多种原因,黔东南州目前仍是贵州省贫困面最大和贫困程度最深的地区,也是贫困发生率最高的地区。其贫困特征不但表现为总量大,程度深,还呈现出多元化的倾向,分布区域也极为特殊。笔者对黔东南农村贫困现状进行了分析,并提出了促进黔东南农村贫困地区发展的对策建议。

Due to various factors such as historical and current situations, Southeast Guizhou remains the region with the broadest poverty-stricken area, the highest degree of impoverishment, and the highest impoverishment rate. The impoverishment in this region is featured by large poverty-stricken population, high degree of impoverishment and diversified impoverishment, as well as unique distribution of rural poverty area. Based on in-depth analysis of current poverty situation in rural areas of Southeast Guizhou, the authors put forward their suggestions on how to promote the economic development of poverty-stricken rural areas of Southeast Guizhou.
