跨国农业公司全球扩张的步伐不断加快,呈现出产业链扩大、投资规模增长、垄断程度加强等特点。跨国农业公司的全球扩张对发展中国家的农业安全产生不利影响,从种子、农药、转基因作物等方面控制发展中国家的农业生产。因此发展中国家必须在平等互利的前提下与跨国农业公司开展合作,利用其资金和技术优势的同时限制对本国农业的垄断,保障本国农业产业的可持续发展。

Multinational agricultural companies accelerated paces of global expansion,and presented characteristics of the expansion of industrial chain,the growth of investment scale,the enhancement of monopoly degree.The global expansion of multinational agricultural companies produced negative impacts on agricultural industrial security of developing countries,by controlling agricultural production of developing countries in aspects of seeds,pesticides and transgenic crops.Therefore,developing countries should carry out cooperation with multinational agricultural companies in the premise of equality and mutual benefit,and to ensure the sustainable development of their agricultural industry.
