The use of transition program of IP integrated digital television platform can not only make up the weakness of ASI platform, helping to master the new technology, but also can reduce the uncecessary cost as the old platform is still being used. Therefore it is a program which most cable enterprises will employ. This program can satisfy the demand of usage after a period time of test and operation. The thesis just compares the strong points of the new platform with the shortness of the old platform and makes a detailed explanation on the network structure of the new platform, signal processing, redundance backup and the network administration of the new platform.
