摘要 国内众多地市仍然使用的ASI数字电视平台正面临设备老化、技术落后、不能适应发展的困境,是否要换新平台,向何种新平台过渡,必须对此提出解决方法。使用IP集成数字电视平台过渡方案,既能够解决现有ASI平台的不足,掌握新技术的优势,也能够继续发挥老平台的价值,减少浪费,非常适合大多数广电企业。经过一段时间的运行和测试,完全能够满足使用的需要。对新平台和老平台的优势与不足进行对比,对新平台的网络结构、信号处理过程、冗余备份和新平台网管进行了详细说明。对新平台建设过程中遇到的一些问题进行分析并给出解决办法,为广电同行提供参考。 The ASI digital television platform which is still used in many cities of China now is facing the chal- lenge of aged equipment, backward technology and unable to adapt to the rapid technology development. As to whether it is necessary to use the new platform and to which new platform it should transit, the thesis will pro- vide a solution. The use of transition program of IP integrated digital television platform can not only make up the weakness of ASI platform, helping to master the new technology, but also can reduce the uncecessary cost as the old platform is still being used. Therefore it is a program which most cable enterprises will employ. This program can satisfy the demand of usage after a period time of test and operation. The thesis just compares the strong points of the new platform with the shortness of the old platform and makes a detailed explanation on the network structure of the new platform, signal processing, redundance backup and the network administration of the new platform. A feasible analysis is undertaken and a solution is given to the typical matters which are fre- quently encountered in the process of building the new platform of our company. Other cable companies can refer to this thesis so as to spend as little as possible on these matters. Meanwhile it is expected to help us a- chieve a better understanding about IP digital television platform.
