This paper introduces the design scheme of Tangshan TV news production and broadcasting network, describes the process of system characteristics and security design and practice. This paper first introduces the tangshan TV news of overall architecture of the network system, the system composition, the system character- istics and security design. Finally this paper discusses the system stable and efficient in practice, the operation is simple, has realized the digitization, networked broadcast news program production.
