摘要
针对迁钢板坯角横裂形成的原因和影响因素等进行了系统的调查研究。结果表明脆性区弯曲矫直和外应力较大是产生角裂的根源,在此基础上采取了控制成分、保证铸机状态、二冷制度和锥度优化等相应的措施,使迁钢板坯的角裂发生率极大降低。
Formation mechanism of slab corner cracks was investigated systematically in Qiangang. Temperature measurement of slab corner and high temperature mechanical properties tests shows that the bending and unbending in brittle zone is the main reason for slab corner cracks. Countermeasures were carried out in steel composition con- trol, casting machine maintenances, secondary cooling optimization, and mould taper adjustment, which decreased slab. corner cracks obviously.
