单孔微型腹腔镜治疗女性儿童腹股沟斜疝

Single-port minilaparoscopic herniorrhaphy in female pediatric patients with indirect inguinal hernia repair

目的介绍单孔微型腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎的手术方法,探讨治疗女性腹股沟斜疝患儿的新术式。方法采集2009年7月至2011年7月广东省佛山市第一人民医院应用经脐单孔法微型腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗女性腹股沟斜疝患儿28例的临床资料,总结其手术时间、住院时间、并发症发生情况。结果本组患儿手术过程均顺利,手术时间6～10min,平均8min。患儿术后疼痛轻,恢复快,愈合后腹部无瘢痕,无手术并发症。术后1～2d出院,全组随访12～24个月,无复发。结论经脐单孔法微型腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗女性腹股沟斜疝患儿,疗效安全可靠,更加微创美观,值得临床推广。

Objective The purpose is to apply a new operation method of single-port minilaparnscopic high-ligation with hernia sac in the female patients who were treated with indirect inguinal hernia repair. Methods A total of 28 female pediatric patients with indirect inguinal hernia who treated with transumbilical single-port minilaparoscopic herniorrhaphy were included in the study. Results The median operation time was 8 minutes （range： 6 to 10 minutes）. The female pediatric patients recovered rapidly with less pain and scar after operation. There was no intraoperative complication. The hospital stay lasted （ 1 to 2） days. These patients were followed up for 1 to 2 years with no recurrence. Conclusions Transumbilical single-port minilaparoscopic high-ligation with hernia sac in female indirect inguinal hernia repair is safe, feasible and micro-invasive.
