摘要
单核苷酸多态性是最新发展起来的第三代分子标记,具有二态性、密度高、高代表性、高遗传稳定性、易实现自动化检测等优点。本文重点介绍了SNP的概念、特点、分析检测技术及在水稻研究中的应用。
Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) belongs to the third generation molecular' maker technology invented in recent years. SNP has many advantages, such as its high identity, double-allele,high genetic stability and can been automatically detected. The conception, characteristics, analysis and detection technologies and the applications in rice in this article.
