摘要
从被氰化物长期污染的太原某焦化厂一曝话性污泥和黄血盐工段废水中,用浓度梯度法分离选育耐*N性较高的12个菌株中,选出6个菌株,并进行了CN一降解率的测试。结果表明,在24C,菌株007号、012号及1‘混6h的CN降解率达80%以上;若进水CN浓度为40ms/L,水力停留时间sh,出水CN一下降到05ms/L,达到污水排放一级标准。
Wastewater samples contaminated by cyanogen were collected from wastewater treatment pool of a coking plant in Taiyung. Through enrichment trained,6 strains out of 12 with high tolerance to CN' were isolated and screened, and tested for CN' degradation rate have been conducted. The result showed that under 24C, 6 hours, strains 007 and 012 whose rate of degradation was more than 80%; when CN- concentration in influent was 40mg/L, and water retention time was 8 hours, then effluent CN- concentration was reduced to 0.5mg/L, met 1st grade of discharge standard.
