摘要
数控车床由于具有加工高精度、高效率、高柔性、低劳动强度等特点,在生产中运用普遍。数控车床加工的零件基本上是回转类零件,通常采用手工编程和手动操作机床按钮,如果程序输入错误或机床操作错误,很容易产生碰撞,一旦发生撞刀事故,势必造成生命或财产损失。因此,本文从机床操作和程序编写两方面研究避免数控车床发生撞刀的各种方法。
