摘要
采用厌氧 /膜生物反应器 (MBR)工艺对生产医药中间体酰氯的废水进行了中试。结果表明 ,膜生物反应器具有抗冲击能力强 ,处理效果好 ,占地面积小的优点 ,适合于处理水量小、浓度高的废水。当原水 COD为 70 0 0~ 51 550 mg/L ,p H值为 4~ 1 3时 ,厌氧池去除效率保持在 50 %左右 ,膜生物反应器处理效率保持在 80 %以上 ,COD等指标可以达到排放标准。
A pilot scale experiment was conducted to treat a kind of medicine middle product by the combination of anaerobic bioreactor and aerobic membrane bioreactor (MBR). The results show that MBR had some advantages, including superior effluent quality, compactness, low sludge generation and resistance to shock loads. This process is suitable to treat the small quantity and high concentration wastewater. When the influent COD was 7000~51550 mg/L, pH 4~13, the removal efficiency of anaerobic reactor was about 50%, that of MBR was about 80%, the effluent quality could meet the national wastewater discharge standard.
