摘要
归因训练在近年来一直是中外心理学界十分重视的研究课题,它为人类行为的控制提供了一条新的途径,并广泛地应用到教育、管理、人际关系、临床等领域的研究。基于其重要性,可以在介绍习得无助与抑郁、习得无助与原因信念的基础上,重点探讨习得无助归因训练的思想,最后对该理论进行简单的评价。
Attribution training has been an important study topic in the field of psychology in recent years both home and abroad. It provides a new way for the control of human behavior, and is widely applied to the study of education, management, interpersonal relationship, and clinical fields. Based on the learned helplessness and depression, helplessness and reasons of beliefs, this paper focuses on the learned helplessness attribution training thought, finally summarizes a brief assessment of the theory.
