摘要
隐喻是人类认知事物的一种重要方式。它的本质是通过另一类事物来理解和经历某一类事物。从认知语言学的角度分析了汉语饮食词汇的隐喻用法,总结归纳出饮食隐喻的三种基本形式:基于"性质相似"原则的隐喻性用法,基于"过程相似"原则的隐喻性用法和味觉的通感式隐喻。
Metaphor is a fundamental tool in human cognition to help people understand the world around us. The essence of metaphor is to understand and experience one kind of things in terms of another. The thesis is to make a study of Chinese cooking metaphors from the perspective of cognitive linguistics and generalizes three main forms of cooking metaphors: the metaphorical usages based on the principle of similar nature, the principle of similar progress and the synaesthetic metaphor of taste.
