摘要
边缘效应是传统平行板电容传感器在应用中的主要问题。本文利用ANSYS有限元仿真软件分析平行板电容器的电磁场分布。研究发现,平行板电容传感器极板间距的减小能够降低边缘效应带来的影响。基于仿真分析结果,提出了消除边缘效应的设计方案建议。
Edge effect is the main problem of the traditional parallel-plate capacitive sensor in the application. In this paper, ANSYS finite element simulation software is used to analyze the electromagnetic field distribution in parallel plate capacitor. It is found that the edge effect can be reduced by decreasing the plate spacing of the sensor plate for the parallel plate capacitor. In the end, suggestion designs for eliminating edge effects are proposed based on simulation results.
