高职银行会计课程教学存在的问题及对策研究

Practice and Innovative Research on Bank Accounting in Higher Vocational Colleges

以高职银行会计课程为蓝本,首先阐述了高职银行会计课程教学存在的三个问题:学生对该课程学习存在较为复杂的心理预期;传统的课堂讲授教学方法形式单一;课程教学中的重难点缺乏较好的诠释与演绎。进而从五个方面论述了该门课程教学的改进策略:以树立学生就业的乐观预期为导向,培养课程学习的信心和兴趣;以课件设计为重要抓手,综合发挥讲授法、图示教学法、多媒体教学法的优点;以精编案例为切入点,更好地诠释与演绎教学重点与难点;以小组演讲现场评分为手段,全面提升学生的自学能力和团队分工协作能力;以边教边学边实践为基本思路,有效彰显实践教学方法的直观功能。

Based on the teaching of vocational Bank Accounting, this article illustrates the importance and necessity of practice and creativity study and analyzes the current difficulties in Bank Accounting teaching from three aspects： students＇ complicated expectances; similar traditional teaching method; lack of explanations about the key points. The article also discusses the improvement strategies for Bank Accounting teaching including courseware designing, student-centered approaches, studying-working concept, and course assessment, etc.
