With the economic transformation and the need of upgrading higher technology-and-skill-oriented talents in the Pearl River Delta, first-class vocational colleges should clarify the functional value of higher vocational education and talent cultivation orientation, create a multiple collaborative innovation and reform mechanism and build a talent cultivation system which serves the regional economic transformation actively, so as to enhance the quality of talents cultivation.
