经尿道前列腺电切患者颈外静脉压和中心静脉压的相关性研究 被引量:4

Relationship between external jugular venous pressure and central venous pressure in patients for transurethral resection of the prostate

摘要 目的评价经尿道前列腺电切(TURP)患者颈外静脉压(EJVP)和中心静脉压(CVP)的相关性。方法选择河北医科大学附属哈励逊国际和平医院麻醉科2012年3~12月行择期TURP术患者14例,美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级。记录行腰硬联合麻醉前,麻醉后、摆截石位前后、术前、术中、术毕即刻、恢复平卧位和出手术室时EJVP和CVP配对测量值数据。采用SPSS19.0软件对EJVP和CVP变量间行线性相关性分析和回归分析。结果 CVP平均为(6.56±1.46)mm Hg,EJVP平均为(7.02±1.47)mm Hg。EJVP和CVP变量间行直线相关分析呈高度正相关(r=0.935,P<0.01),直线回归方程描述为CVP=EJVP×0.930+0.033。结论 TURP患者EJVP与CVP呈高度正相关,在临床中可替代CVP监测。 Objective To evaluate the relationship between external jugular venous pressure(EJVP) and central ve nous pressure(CVP) in patients for transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP).Methods 14 cases with TURP in Harrison International Peace Hospital Affiliated to Hebei Medical University from March to December 2012 were se lected,all of them were ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ grade.EJVP and CVP measured value data were recorded before combined spinalepidural anesthesia,after the anesthesia,before and after lithotomy position,before operation,after operation,finish op eration immediately,horizontal position,living operating room.The statistical variables between EJVP and CVP were analysed by linear correlation analysis and regression analysis with the software of SPSS 19.0.Results CVP value were(6.56±1.46) mm Hg,EJVP value were(7.02 ±1.47) mm Hg.The variables between EJVP and CVP were found had high correlation by means of linear correlation analysis(r = 0.935,P〈0.01),the linear regression equation was described as CVP=EJVP×0.930+0.033.Conclusion EJVP has close correlation with CVP in patients for TURP,and EJVP can substitute the monitoring of CVP in clinic.
