This paper introduces the mineral resources are the motire power of world economy. But the utilization of coal, oil、 natural gas and uranium is the conversion and destruction of resources, and causes tragedy effects to the human and environment. The aim of new type economy will use endless solar energy, and takes renewable energy as the base of future civilization pattern.
